Target 6: Execute shared value programs and promote diversity and inclusion GRI 2-23, 2-24, 405-1, 406-1 Our Code of Ethics and our REIR values promote equality and zero tolerance against discrimination. Similarly, our Respect for Human Rights Corporate Policy emphasizes the importance of equality. Even though we do not discriminate, we believe it fundamental to promote diversity and inclusion to provide opportunities to increase women’s participation. In this sense, we are developing an action plan to attract more women to join the energy sector. This roadmap will help us promote gender equality and strengthen women’s participation in our operations.
